George Parvu reported that someone stole 5 cans of paint, a tent and several miscellaneous tools from a shed. Parvu estimated the value of these items at $1500.00.
With estimates like that, remind me not to shop at one of his garage sales.
Dustin Reid reported that someone used his debit card to buy gas right after he lost it.
Police received a call about a shoplifter at Wal-Mart. A short time later Police found Jarrod Ketcher hiding in the bathroom at Your Eye Shop with the stolen pair of socks, a cassette player and a pen.
Nikki Rock reported her Samsung Galaxy phone stolen from her car while she visited someone at the hospital. The thief may have gained access to the car by reaching in the open window.
Bridgett Carroll reported that after she had an argument with the driver of the car she was in, she got out and started walking home. She then excepted a ride from a perfect stranger who fondled her boob and said you have big boobs, what would you do for $20.00? She declined his offer but let him drive her home. When they got to her house she said he attempted to enter but stopped when she told him her dog would get him.
Lori Leatherman reported her car was egged the tires flattened and the driver side was keyed.

Collyn Hiser and his sister Courney Lindley reported that Kevin Blum and Brandon McGregor hit Hiser's moving truck with a milkshake while Lindley's son was also in the truck. Police took the report and talked to all the boys in the yard but saw no evidence of damage or milkshake.

Travis Scroggins reported someone stole the battery out of his broken truck.
Not long after Michael Franke lost his wallet in the park he saw over $500.00 in charges at a local bike shop. The shop owner described the two bikes that were purchased on the card. And quickly found a kid ridding one of them just two blocks away. The kid who's facebook says he works at " Gangsta Co." said he borrowed the bike from another kid and that Dakota Creason had the other stolen bike. Creason was arrested and told the story of finding the wallet, buying cigarettes and cigars at Loves and the next morning two bicycles at Paceline for he and his friend. Creason was arrested and a bail bond of $3000.00 was set.
Police were called to a welfare check at an apartment that had adults and a small child. Police arrived and recognized a strong odor of marijuana coming from the apt. Craig Ruda answered the door and admitted to smoking MJ. and admitted to having several items of paraphernalia. and admitted to having MJ, but only a few hundred dollars worth. (see photo). Ruda insisted that he did not smoke in front of his kid. The child was turned over to Ruda's mother and Ruda was taken to jail.
Marco Gonzales was arrested charged with DUI, possession of CDS, no insurance and eluding an officer. In court on Monday he explained to the judge he was not running from the officer, he didn't see the officer because he was focused on the race he was in with another motorcycle. FYI not a good defense .

Tammy Wheeler reported while she was in town for a funeral Sonny Springwater borrowed her car to go to the store. He was supposed to bring it right back. When he did not return the next day police found him and the car at the casino. He said he forgot she had a funeral to attend. He was arrested. The next morning in court Springwater and some of his inmate friends were giggling like little school girls while they read the police report and his charges.
Brandi Reyes was arrested for attempting to shoplift laundry detergent and diapers from Wal-Mart.
Lena Hummingbird was found passed out on Downing St and taken back to jail.
Burguney Dentis went to Wal-Mart and was arrested when she tried to leave wearing a lot more cloths then she came in with.
When Lillard Stearns car broke down in the roadway he did not want it towed. So when police called a tow truck Stearns stood in the way. Officers talked him into moving and the tow truck hooked to it. When the car need to be put in neutral Mr. Stearns got in the car and would not get out. He was eventually arrested for obstruction.

Mr. White reported that when he returned home from work his front door was open. He said that management had an exterminator come so he didn't know if they took his pills or if someone else did. And the doctor told him he couldn't get more unless he reported it to police.
Christy Taylor reported that when Bliss Loretta Osbourn-Gibson asked her for money Christy said she was not going to give her anymore money because she was using it to buy drugs. As people without drug money often do Bliss Loretta Osbourn-Gibson got very angry and threatened to kick her ass and threatened her family. Christy said she had text and voice messages that support her statement.
Police received a report that two girls walked out of Big B's store without paying for the 18 pack of beer they took with them when they left in a silver Pontiac G-6 One off the girls was easily identified as wearing mismatched socks, shorts and a tee shirt with numbers on it. The other girl was easily identified as she was recognized as Cleo Gomez. Police located the G-6 the driver said the girls had borrowed the car and they were now partying at the Oak Hill motel room 122. When Police arrived at the motel Cleo was standing in the open doorway with an open can of beveradence in her hand. Autumn Reynolds was in the room with several empty cans of beveradence on the floor. Both were taken to jail.

Police answered a call on N. Grand. Tammy Smith said Kirt Smith started in on her when another man dropped her off at the residence. Police asked Tammy if he hit her and she said yes, in the face. Tammy's daughter spoke up and said that was a lie. Police saw no evidence on her face. However Kirt did appear to have been drinking and went to jail for public intox.
Vernell Racy reported four Lincoln 16" aluminum wheels and an air tank stolen from his back yard. He suspected the new helper his lawn guy was using may have had something to do with it. If you have seen one of Brandon Coulters many mug shots you would probably agree with his suspicions

Police answered a call on S. Mission st. While approaching the house an officer saw Justin Hunter bent down beside some bushes. The officer informed Justin he could see him so Justin Hunter came out and got arrested for violation of a protective order of Kathryn Crowe.
A young lady was bitten by a dog just after exiting the school bus on Southland Dr. The dog was taken into custody for a ten day observation period.
Marisa Minshall was arrested charged with petit larceny and trespassing at Wal-Mart
Samantha Booth was arrested at Wal-Mart after taking several clothing items to the self checkout area but failed to pay for $169.11 worth of items.
This brings up a good question. Why do we want to assume the liability of self checkout? Granted most anyone could do better than Samantha did today. But we should realize that one mistake in self checkout could lead to your arrest. And we don't even get the employee discount for doing the work. So I find myself asking would they believe me if I made a mistake? Why would it be worth it for me to assume that risk while at the same time assisting Wal-Mart in there effort to employ fewer people? I say no thanks to self checkout.
Police took a report that Jim Rattarree assaulted someone at there place of business and threatened to kill them if the reported it to the Police.
(Bo) Kenny Ray Jackson JR. was accused of grabbing a wamans breast several times while cursing at her and refusing to stop. Police went to talk with Jackson about the incident and found him to be very intoxicated. Jackson was arrested.
Ned's Place advised people who try to get into fights are not welcome at Ned's Place. Todays example is Michael Crowley. When Police spoke with Michael he could not explain why he had no shirt on or much else. When the officer asked for his ID he gave them a credit card. Michael went to jail today.
Melissa Todd says her attempts to convince Bo Frank to stop trying to contact her have failed. He continues to call and she found evidence that he was in her yard last night. Todd filed a report in hopes the situation end without escalating.
Tisha Cochran reports that her ex-husband threatened her that if she didn't immediately cancel him from making child support payments something bad would happen.

While Sondra Hair was at the hair salon her purse was taken from her car. The purse was recovered minus a $305.00 money order.
Renee Collins was arrested for larceny from a retailer (Wal-Mart) accused of concealing $206.59 of jewelry she did not pay for at the self check out.
Renea Poteet reported her lap top, tablet, boots and a necklace were stolen from her residence.
When police opened the door of a running car parked at the Tahlequah Public School Admin Bldg Adam Chavez rolled out of the car. Apparently passed out drunk with an open container in the console. Adam agreed to a breath test however he disappointed the breath machine when he only put his mouth on it but did not blow properly. He was arrested.
Mr. Leggett says he is the legitimate owner of the guitar that Mrs Bantista pawned for $15 after she says Mr Birdtail said it was heis guitar and asked her to pawn it. Mrs Bantista stated that after the pawn caper her and Mr Birdtail went to Easy Mart for cigarettes and beer. Bantista was arrested. If someone had a cup and played the guitar they could probably make enough to buy beer and cigarettes every day.
A protective order was filed against a soon to be ex-husband of Amanda Ingram after he flipped her off and chased after her.

Mr. and Mrs Rutherford were victims of credit card fraud. The card had been used to buy Domino's pizza in Texas, Arizona and Florida at which time the card was compromised and accumulated $2000.00 in other charges.
Lester Montgomery reported $755.00 of unauthorized charges on the debit card after he lost his wallet in the parking lot of the City Hospital.
James Lewallen reported his car had been hit twice while he was at Save A Lot.
Mikah Campbell was found passed out in a silver Jeep parked at Lowes. He said he was inhaling an air duster and passed out.
