Answering a call about a suspicious person police found Joshua Ivey. When asked what he was doing, Ivey said looking for his girlfriend who had gotten into a truck with a man to perform sexual acts. Ivey was arrested charged with public intoxication.

In the room at the Cherokee Inn where the suspects were staying police found a stolen CD player, some meth and associated paraphernalia. Antonio Chavez and Jesse Williams were arrested on multiple charges.
An officer found two women in a Ford Mustang at the Finish Line Store parking lot. The passenger had beer in a cup. The store clerk confirmed they bought the beer and cup at the store. The passenger Ashley Bailey was arrested for public intox. The driver was cited for transporting an open container. Although according to this report the container had not been transported anywhere.
