Cherokee County to give a Falk to Muskogee County
Daniel Hooper called the police to give him a ride to the hospital to check on his girlfriend. Police picked up Daniel and gave him a ride. However since he smelled and appeared to be intoxicated the ride was to jail.
During a traffic stop passenger Daniel Shroff was arrested on an outstanding warrant and also charged for the marijuana found in his pocket.
