TAHLEQUAH CITY COUNCIL - REGULAR MEETING

Meeting called to order.
Invocation – Children’s Pastor Aaron Hill from 29Eleven Church.
Comments will be accepted from the general public concerning topics that are not included in the meeting’s agenda. Individuals will be limited to 3 minutes of speaking time and the cumulative total of all comments from the public shall not exceed 15 minutes. Preference will be given to Tahlequah citizens. In compliance with the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act, no action or discussion is permitted by the City Council on any issue or topic raised by a speaker during this public comment period.
These items are placed on the Consent Agenda so that members of the City Council, by unanimous consent, can designate routine items to be approved by one motion. Any item proposed on the Consent Agenda not meeting with the approval of all Council members will be removed and heard in Regular Session.

Acknowledge receipt of November 2015 Financial Report
Accept the resignation of James Roy Cummings from the Cemetery Department, effective December 10, 2015
Hire Mary Cole as a part-time Custodian in the Police Dept. with a salary of $8.90 per hr.
Hire Joseph Bottoms as a part-time Dispatcher in the Police Dept. with a salary of $8.90 per hr.
Accept the resignation of Ethan Monholland, as laborer, in the Rec Dept., effective Jan. 4, 2016
Approve General Fund Budget Reallocation in the amount of $823.36, approved step raises for December 2015 (p 4)
Transfer Michael Grey from the Managerial Department as the Code Enforcement Officer to the Police Department as a Patrolman
Hire Ryan Young as a part-time laborer in the Airport Department, with a salary of $8.25 per hr
